Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. All returns must be arranged through our Online Self Return Form.
Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on clothing.

When returning an item, please include:
- Your order number
- Your full contact details
- Whether you request a refund or exchange
Without these details, we will be unable to process your request.
Return Packaging
Items should be returned in their original packaging along with any enclosed documentation. Please print and include the delivery note with your return.
We require your cooperation in following our packing requirements and regulations prior to returning goods. Returns not arranged through us will be at your own risk — we will not be responsible for loss or damage.
Free Return Options (Malaysia)
Orders in Malaysia can be sent back free of charge via:
- EasyParcel
- Poslaju
- Pgeon Drop Off Point
- Home Pick Up (Selected Areas)
Orders cannot be returned to any SamdaDesign store. All returns must be accompanied by an invoice.
Refunds & Promotions
Refunds will be processed to the original payment card. If the promotion has a minimum purchase requirement, it will no longer apply when partial returns are made. The refunded amount will exclude the promotional discount. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
Condition of Returned Goods
Please take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession:
- You may inspect and try on the goods
- Ensure no make-up, perfume/aftershave, or deodorant is transferred to the item
- Personalised, tailored, or altered items will not be accepted
- Goods must not be soiled, torn, damaged, and must have original tags intact
We cannot accept any return that does not meet these requirements.
